Mental Health Training
I deliver OFQUAL Mental Health training courses, both Online and in person, designed to equip individuals and groups with essential skills and certifications in Mental Health Awareness, First Aider for Mental Health and Supervising First Aid for Mental Health.
These courses include:
- FAA Level 1 Award in Mental Health Awareness
- FAA Level 2 Award in Providing First Aid for Mental Health (Adult)
- FAA Level 2 Award in Providing First Aid for Mental Health (Youth)
- FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health.
Training courses I have previously undertaken have been amazing at informing the candidate of specific mental health conditions and where they can gain the assistance. Within my training, I do all of the above, however, pride myself on teaching immediately actionable tools and techniques for you to use to help yourself, your friends, family, and colleagues in beginning a mentally healthy future.
