Having over a decade of experience managing medium sized teams, effectively ensuring maximum output through collaborative working and displaying essential basic leadership abilities, I have put together the most valuable coaching programme which not only concentrates on output, however encourages delegates to reflect at length on their abilities as leaders, in addition to establishing personal routines to maximise their success. This programme encourages participants to take action from our first sessions together ensuring a return on investment immediately.
This package is perfect for small / medium sized business owners wishing to improve collaboration or leadership capabilities and includes:
1 x 75 minute virtual group coaching sessions per month
1 x 60 minute virtual individual coaching session per month
Activity and actions to be conducted by coachee’s, and feedback given throughout.
Daily e-mail and group messaging community support.
Investment: £950 monthly all inclusive (minimum 4 month term applies)
Maximum of 6 delegates per programme.
