As a trained Executive Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Mental Welfare Coach, I have assisted many clients live a more in tune, healthy and emotionally liberating future, through a combined method of therapy interventions and coaching.

My journey to Hypnotherapy and Personal Coaching is shaped by my own experiences of living with anxiety and depression over many years, yet failed to seek help and support until it was almost too late.

EARLY INTERVENTION IS ESSENTIAL - DONT LET IT GET TOO LATE FOR YOU!

Throughout my coaching programme’s we always start with gaining an awareness and history of why you are seeking support and an emotional detox. It is often current emotions overcoming rational thinking and through removing these blocks, together we can begin to develop resilience, push towards our goals and achieve better relationships, with ourselves and others.

I pride my coaching on being led by you, however I do hold you accountable throughout all of my one to one services, through open WhatsApp messaging / voice note support and we achieve this through check ins a minimum of twice per week, in addition to any exercises or activities set - please note this level of service does not apply to the single session.

  • Single session (90 minutes) emotional detox and clarity session to help reduce limiting beliefs, stress, anxiety and boost confidence.

  • 8 weeks of commitment to achieve a specific goal(s), aim and boost confidence, take action.

    This program consists of

    • 3 × 60 minute Awareness, Detox and goal setting strategy sessions

    • 5 × 45 minute online sessions

    • Weekly accountability check ins.

    • Messaging and voice note support throughout.

    Previous clients have used this to develop confidence for a career change, improve wellbeing through reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
